Zinc Alloy Zamak 3 Die Casting Parts Fixed Server Bracket Racks

1, aluminum die casting:
Equipment: 400T Aluminum die casting machine, Material: ADC01
Process characteristics
a. Furnace temperature: 650°±25°, Material handle: 20±2MM;
b. Secondary materials cannot be used;
c. Test the material composition to confirm that it is OK for production;
d. First piece confirmation is required after die-casting.

Precautions:
a. The surface filling quality needs to be confirmed. No cold isolation, no bulging, or lack of material in the column.
b. Pay attention to the surface and avoid mold sticking, mold drawing, or poor ejector pin protrusion.
c. The ejectors pin for non-machined surfaces should be concave by 0-0.2mm, while the ejector pins for machined surfaces should be convex by 0-0.2mm.

2, Remove spout
Equipment : sawing machine
Precautions:
a. Pay attention to the surface without crushing or shortage of materials.
b. Control the appearance and size.

3, IPQC inspection
Test tool: Caliper, projection, three-dimensional, visual inspection of appearance
Precautions:
Use measuring tools correctly and check dimensions according to drawings.

4, Deburring
Product sharp angle position inverted R angle, deburring, non-machined surface top needle draping, grinding and connecting shape
Equipment :
Scraper, Blade
a. No residue on the blade
b. Can not scratch the product

5. Grinding
Remove product clamping line draping, surface particles, slag ladle, gate residue
Equipment :
wind grinder, 120# sandpaper
Precautions:
a. Large surface without particles, no burr on thimble bit
b. Pay attention to the product can not grind deformation

6, Sand Blasting
Equipment: Automatic sand blasting machine, 46# brown corundum
Note:
Sandblasted evenly on both front and back large surfaces, no peeling

7, Shaping :
flatness shaping
Equipment : shaping fixture, Rubber hammers, rubber pads, Feeler
Precautions:
Within 0.2mm of the front plane of the product


8, CNC Tapping and machining + cleaning
Equipment: tapping machine, jigs, air pressure gun
Note:
a. Hole and positional dimensions meet the requirements.
b. Tapping with M3(P4)
c. Blow out all aluminum chips in all holes


9, 100% material inspection- Appearance visual inspection
a. No obvious appearance defects (sand holes, bruises, deformation and other defects) according to the appearance of the required inspection
b. Specialized carton packaging


10, electroplated
a. Plating bright nickel
b. Plating color consistency, not black, yellow and dirty and other bad

11, Riveting and pressing M3 screw
Equipment: Rivet presses, fixtures.
Note:
a. The direction of rivets should not be reversed.
b. The surface should not be scratched or bruised
c. Do not loosen or fall off after riveting.


12, Full inspection of appearance + packaging
Comprehensive inspection of products and packaging
Equipmen :
Carton, knife card, clapboard, bubble bag
Precautions:
The surface must not have scratches, dirt, deformation and other undesirable phenomena

13, FQC inspection
Test Tools: Caliper, projection, needle gauge, tooth gauge, appearance and outer packaging inspection
Precautions:
Whether the measuring tool is within the calibration period.

14, Shipping
Precautions:
a. make sure the quantity is the same as order.
b. Label and stamp on the outer box
c. Provide a shipping report.

15, OQC shipping inspection
Test Tools: Caliper, projection, needle gauge, tooth gauge, appearance and outer packaging inspection
Precautions:
Whether the measuring tool is within the calibration period. Whether it is consistent with SIP requirements and customer requirements.
